| TERMS AND CONDITIONS DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE LIMITS 23 years of minimum age with 3 years of valid driving licence is required. RENTAL PERIOD Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis. LONG TERM RENTALS Minimum rental of period is 30 days. WHAT IS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED IN THE RATES Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometres, full insurance of the car, costs of lubrication and technical maintenance. Value Added Tax at the rate of 18 % are on customer's account. Gassoline level is expected to be returned back as delivered. Otherwise, a service charge will be applied to refill. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Economic's property as well as to third parties. No additional fee is charged for additional driver. DELAYED RETURN If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate. PAYMENT Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card and Access at the time of rental. TRAFFIC FINES Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter. IMPORTANT NOTES In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid. |
